Product Information
Each print offered by Galleria Villabruna is a limited-edition wildlife photograph. Prints are available in a limited quantity of 10 per photo, ensuring the exclusivity and uniqueness of each piece. -
Ordering Process
By placing an order, the client agrees to the terms outlined here. Orders are confirmed via email and processed once payment is received. -
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal and bank transfer.
For custom orders or special requests (e.g., sizing or framing), a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of the order. -
Delivery and Shipping
We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary depending on the client's location. The client is responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. -
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the exclusive and custom nature of our prints, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the product arrives damaged.
In the event of damage, the client must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product, and a replacement may be offered if deemed necessary. -
Copyright Protection
All rights to the photographs remain with Galleria Villabruna. By purchasing a print, the client acquires the physical print only and not the rights to reproduce or sell the image in any form. -
Late Payment Fees
In case of delayed payments, a late payment fee of 0.1% per day will be applied to the outstanding balance. Galleria Villabruna reserves the right to cancel the order if the payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

Booking and Payment Terms
To secure your place in one of our exclusive photography safaris, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total workshop price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the safari.
In the event of non-payment of the balance, Galleria Villabruna reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. -
Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the workshop start date will result in the loss of the deposit but no further charges.

Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the start date will result in the loss of 75% of the total fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the loss of the full fee.

Organizer Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the safari (e.g., due to illness or other emergencies), you will be offered the option of:-
A full refund.

Rescheduling for a future workshop.

A credit towards a different photography experience.

Risk and Liability Disclaimer
Participation in the wildlife photography safari involves certain risks due to proximity to wild animals and remote environments. Galleria Villabruna and its partners will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants but cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the safari.
By participating, you acknowledge the risks and release Galleria Villabruna from any liability, except in cases of gross negligence.
Participants are required to have adequate travel insurance that covers wildlife safari activities, medical evacuation, and unforeseen events. -
Client Responsibilities

Clients must arrive in Kenya at least one day before the start of the safari to account for potential flight changes or delays. Galleria Villabruna is not responsible for missed workshops due to late arrival.

Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Health and Medical Conditions
Clients must inform Galleria Villabruna of any pre-existing health conditions before the safari. In the case of illness or injury during the workshop, clients are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
If the client is unable to attend due to illness, the following options are offered:-
More than 30 days before the workshop: Rescheduling for another date or a credit for a future safari.

Less than 30 days before the workshop: A partial refund (50%) may be offered if a replacement can be found; otherwise, no refund will be provided.

Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), Galleria Villabruna reserves the right to alter or cancel the safari. Refunds or rescheduling will be offered, but we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the client. -
Insurance and Medical Evacuation
Clients are required to provide proof of valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, and participation in wildlife safaris. Galleria Villabruna will not be held liable for any medical or evacuation costs incurred during the safari. -
Late Payment Fees
In the event of delayed payment, a late payment fee of 0.1% per day will be applied. Galleria Villabrunareserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. -
Refund Timeline
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Rescheduling or credit options will be discussed immediately after cancellation.
